This page is dedicated to those travelling as an accompanying person with a conference delegate. Below is a list of events (with attendant charges) for those who wish to join in some conference events.
- Ice-breaker Reception, Sunday 13th July @ 17.00 – €35 (incl VAT)
- Bus outing to Kilkenny and Wicklow on Monday, 14th July @ 08.20-18.00 – €55 (including VAT); participants will join a trip offered by ‘Wild Rover Tours‘ in a shared vehicle.
- Bus outing to the Giant’s Causeway on Wednesday, 16th July @08.00-19.00 – €90 (incl VAT). Check here if you need to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to travel to Northern Ireland.) This trip is now full (two buses!) and no further registrations are being accepted.
- Bus outing to Platin Cement Factory followed by a visit to Trim Castle and armoury – on Wednesday, 16th July @09.00-18.00 – €50 (incl VAT)
- Conference Banquet, Thursday 17th July @ 19.30 – €45 (incl VAT); note that this price is subsidized by the conference to encourage attendance
Accompanying persons are invited to join us for morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks free of charge!
